The sculptor is based in Circus Circus Hotel in Las vegas. Go around the amusement center and you’ll find this 2 chinese sculptors – the younger one is much better than the older guy.

I think it’s polymer clay, it looks too smooth to be a natural clay, plus he’s using gloves and I would think that a natural soft clay would be hard to work with while wearing gloves. It turned out really cool tho thanks for posting I’m doing a bust right now and couldn’t figure out how to do the hair for him.
