Funny Cartoons for Your Pleasure

There are many different kinds of cartoons not the least of which is funny cartoons. For the most part people are drawn to funny cartoons because they can derive pleasure from the silliness that goes on within the cartoon. Certainly we know there are regular cartoons based on real things like Doonesbury and Alley Oop when it was still in the newspapers, but those are not the features into which most people become enthralled—it’s the funny cartoons, the ones that makes them chuckle or even laugh out loud that keeps them focused.

Funny cartoons have been in existence as long as cartoons have, and they have failed to lose any popularity. Children run for the Sunday paper while some adults deny reading that section of the newspaper. Some adults have a problem admitting they enjoy watching funny cartoons, and worse yet, when they are caught they claim to be watching with the children or grandchildren who are no where in sight. If more adults would relax and learn to enjoy reading funny cartoons, there would be less stress in everyone’s life and thus their health would improve immensely. Funny cartoons are a great way to relieve stress and provide some enjoyment at the same time.

It is difficult to say how many funny cartoons are currently in existence or have been in the past. Between what we remember from our childhood and what we see now there is little doubt that funny cartoons will remain with us for a long time. We see funny cartoons in the newspapers, on commercials, on television and even on clothing. If we can laugh at funny cartoons then, why can’t we laugh at them on television? The Cartoon Bank has an abundant supply of funny cartoons for the enjoyment of everyone young and old.

GETV: ANSI Art for the Masses

Back before there was the Internet, early caveman dialed into computer bulletin board systems or BBSes to get their online fix.
